We had a memorable stay at the Gleam Bomonti. The breakfast blew us away. So many delicious options to choose from every morning. The staff really stood out. Altin and Hasan provided exceptional service and made us feel at home. They even arranged a surprise cake for New Year's, a delightful touch that made our celebration extra special. The room, while small, was elegantly decorated and very comfortable. We loved the gorgeous view of Istanbul from our window. A couple of things could be better. The gym was quite disappointing. it had only one working elliptical machine. No dumbbells or any other workout equipment. The sound insulation could also use improvement. The noise from outside sometimes interrupted our relaxation. our experience was largely positive thanks to the staff and the delicious breakfasts.

Daily cleaning needs significant improvement!!! Room conditions were unacceptable with low ceilings and issues with smoking odors!!! The area surrounding the hotel could greatly benefit from better maintenance of pavements and visibility!!!
